But does one skill you combat negativity? Not by being negative yourself. You combat it by being positive. So how does one transform yourself into a positive thinker?

You're doing better than a huge majority of individuals. this is not meant to form you are feeling bad, it's just important to recollect how goodies are.

Things might not be perfect, and it's perfectly fine to acknowledge it and fight for what you would like in life, but face it: life's pretty cool immediately too.

do not be the queen of drama.

Eliminate drama from your life directly. Drama is such a nasty, unfortunate characteristic to possess. a part of ditching drama is ditching dramatic people.

Forget the gossip, it doesn't do anyone any good and only serves to spread negativity.

Take responsibility.

First, take responsibility for yourself. You're responsible for you, and if you ruin, it is your fault. If you are doing good, it is your fault.

Responsibility is quite awesome that way. Then, take responsibility for your slice of life too. Be involved in your community. attempt to make things better.

Learn to forgive.

Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and expecting the opposite person to urge a stomach ache. Nothing good comes from it.

Learn to forgive people. that does not exactly mean that you simply welcome them warmly back, but forgive.

Be kind.

Be nice to people. It's super easy and tons of fun. Find how to offer back a day. Do something nice for somebody every day.

The good karma can pay you back handsomely for it.
